just book for tower A. aim for investment. the concept of the whole project quite convincing. lets pray hard this project can be successful one. aim for KL area but cannot get 400k and below (my budget). i think this will be the closest one to KL

hmm... plus the entry level banyak low.. if suddenly cannot tahan then all will start lelong the rental...

Any condos that does AirBNB will suffer in terms of appreciation rate, I think.

So if owners are smarts, don't ever open up their condos for such.

Later you see Africans / Middle East / Etc will come flocking and destroy the whole concept.

and appreciation in this are gonna be very slow with the density....

but airbnb you can try to control your tenant anyway.... but theres a possibility that they rent using other identities... which hard to avoid...

but this area... i think airbnb at kl areas and other attraction areas will be more plausible for airbnb than here to be frank...

Personally, anything above 800 units in the same developments would already cause me to rethink whether to buy or not.

Feels crowded unless the land is super large in some cases.

Cerraro located about 15 mins to Sg Besi toll right? Or maybe more?

yea... around that timing...

anyway... for own stay... i wont mind so much on the density la... pricing and entry cost will be the key point... if this is my first house... who will sell you less than 400 units at a decent price at a decent location right... developers are not charity business anyway... those days already gone where u can get good price condo with decent density... haha...

Good price is subjected to your wallet lo biggrin.gif

1M can be good price if you can stomach it.

End of the day, see budget and adjust slowly lo.

If for Southville that side, I think some condo around Jalan Ipoh can get around 500-ish which has slightly better density compared to the current project.
