I buy your track lights also, then buy the instant water heater seen on this thread, then others is from the page, will do when completed
*
Instant heater??? Make sure it comes with safety feature, those that "shut off" in event if there's a leak in electric current. Personally I don't advice getting electrical appliance from China, firstly due to safety concern and next is warranty.

Never go cheap on heater, it can save your life. Get reliable brands such as Alpha, Panasonic, Joven etc.

Sorry if my reply comes a bit late. Tracks are pretty standard and they comes in several length, please get them locally. If you are worried, bring one of your spotlight there.

Do u have any other items to recommend?  drool.gif

Some are small items not worth mentioning. Kitchen stuff, swimming trunks etc. I must admit they have really cheap and nice trunks, each roughly cost between RM25.00 - RM30.00 including courier by air. Since this is under reno discussing, I'll just stick to main topic.

Just updated these Eames Rocking Chairs, specific details and link can be found on Page "12".

If purchase sofa from Taobao, is it easy to assemble on my own?
If I want to get people to help me assemble, who can I get to help me do it professionally?

Appreciate any advise.

Nope. Most of them source from local company. Msia have some numbers of company make their furniture for export. Therefore, local furniture also not bad. Just that design is limited.
