Some are small items not worth mentioning. Kitchen stuff, swimming trunks etc. I must admit they have really cheap and nice trunks, each roughly cost between RM25.00 - RM30.00 including courier by air. Since this is under reno discussing, I'll just stick to main topic.

Suitable for outdoor usage?

Sorry, I got it wrong, It's Eames rocking chair instead. For outdoor, the metal leg will get rust spots, unless you don't mind doing a bit of protection yourself. Kept the colourful one indoor, kids always fight over it....they love sitting there when while watching TV.

What kind of protection we can do?

Can put a coat of paint for protection. Yet to do mine, kinda lazy but if the rust gets too obvious, will run it down with sandpaper then slap some paint on it.

Those are laminate by Kronoswiss, bought locally from CNB carpets Sdn bhd. Maintaining same as normal tiles, mop or vacuum.

how about water flow beneath the wooden tiles?

i want to buy this light from Taobao , option with 9 cascading lights (MD5707-9) ... however option only shows 120cm for the 9 lights version.

if all lights same 120cm, cannot hang cascading right ? all will be same level....

i cannot read chinese, does 120cm means 120cm from ceiling or 120cm from each light ?

120cm is the height of those lamps (total length of the string plus the lamp shade I think). It mentioned there it is adjustable.

I clarified with the seller. 120cm is the length of wire. It is adjustable. You actually can request to buy extra length with extra charge at Rmb 50 per meter.

Make sure LED bulbs can be replace and commercially available else your light will be useless if few of them blown out.

I got to agree with this. Bought a few spotlight LED lamps but 2 burnt out. brought to a local shop and turn out the whole casing it molded together. cannot remove the led bulb at all. 

How do v know whether the LED is replacable b4 purchase ?
