The fuel bar is not linear. The last bar alone holds something like 20 to 25% of the maximum fuel that the tank can hold.
*
yeah this is somehow true. The last bar can go quite far. before the orange low fuel light starts appearing.. and even then, still can go like 30~40km more before it really runs dry.

In my experience, of the 7 bars in total.

1st bar usually lasts around 85~95km.
2nd bar lasts at around 170~180+km.
3rd-6th bar didn't pay attention.
7th bar usually lasts till 410~420km for me. When fuel up is around 34 litres of petrol (meaning still have 5+ litres of petrol when orange light appeared). So it translates to roughly 12.3km/L of petrol. Don't know if the FC is normal or what, but i have a heavy foot for the gas pedal. Always drive fast and frequent overtaking.. hmm.gif hmm.gif

Haa, successfully removed these two thingys.

Upon closer inspection, it says "Side Air Dam" on the black plastics.

It is basically to improve airflow under the rear chasis.

But I THINK, these two things are causing loud splashing noise when driving in rain. Will update u guys when it rains today and i will take a drive.

I also took them out because in Iriz facebook group, alot of people broke their side skirting because of those things hitting the hump on the road.

What do u think? Will this void warranty when SC finds out i took them off?

I have a 1.3 manual iriz, got start problem. Everytime turn ignition, all lights inside car will dim, no ignition sound. need to turn ignition 2 or 3 times before it is functioning normally. Always see warning showing battery and keyfob. I checked battery connection, very tight. Anyone experienced similar problem?

Guys i bought a brand new proton Iriz 1.6 CVT premium beginning of this year. I was wondering is it possible for me to change the gearbox of the car to the Getrag 5 speed manual from proton.Since the car is still under warranty, could this be done without voiding my warranty and what would be the expected cost to do so??? Thanks to the car pros biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Sorry, this may be irrelevant, but out of curiousity, why didn't you gotten the manual version instead of the CVT?
Transmission replacement would cost you probably at least 5 digits.

Paid mine on 13th of November. Still haven't received mine either. Yes, I am extremely frustrated too. biggrin.gif

Edited:

Not planning to change the selection of your colour? Might affect the waiting period.

In my case, well.. I only find that blue attractive. sweat.gif
