You really think that if not "fixing" higher oil price Russia would have pulled off? I still bet that somewhat it has been fixed. We are talking about 16% of its GDP and 70% of it exports...And supress the american armed rebels aswell as contain ISIS march into syria. They accomplished their missing, so pulled out.
