Anyone bought with directd before ?

Did some google seem like their free hotel 3d2n voucher marketing strategy since 3 or 4 year before. But no review from others about it or no on mention location.

Every new device they sold sure come with the rm500 3d2n hotel voucher.

if you check huawei facebook page, it mentioned KLCC Huawei Flagship Store only.

My concern too. I purchase mocha brown 64gb and when i review the item it's stated 32gb, 3gb ram. I hope they aware of this, mocha brown = 64gb, 4gb ram...

32GB is even lower by RM20. But however their mocha brown seem to be out of stock immediately, and also the same error stated in the specification (32GB for mocha brown). I suspect either technical error or its actually the same merchant for those 2 different prices.

Is an excellent phone
Is either you will love or hate its UI
Do google a bit how to use the UI if you are unfamiliar with it
If you don't have the patience just replace with 3rd party launcher. You might need to set permissions for some to show eg Google Now launcher
Spent time exploring the notifications settings n app permission settings too

My set is China set n mixed comments about its firmware being better or worser than international firmware
Anyway I could easily uninstall 9/10 of those useless app ( some games, news app n various China social app)
However being China set has its advantages - firmware update release is often - had 2 updates in 3 weeks using it
My experience with Msian HW phones is bad on firmware updates - while China n Euro sets has 5-6 firmware updates one is lucky to even get one for Msian model!!

How's the performance of the camera in terms of still image quality?

I had no issues w camera
I find it as good as my current N6P n ex Note5 but obviously loses out to the superior LG V10. The V10 I feel has best camera even better than ip6s+ amongst all phones I had used to date
My demands on camera not high n I am just a simple point n shoot guy

the 32gb, 3gb ram should be just typo. mocha brown and gold are both premium set, comes in 64gb, 4gb ram only.

i'm not familiar with china brand phone, kinda doubt if people will start to queue in the morning just to get the free e-band.

s2... hmm... well ada pros, ada cons, but definitely better than seremban town (sini jam, sana jam, driving me crazy).

Any tips on where is the cheapest place to buy ?

Still can't decide 64gb or 32gb. I am currently using 32Gb phone its more than enough for me. Gemfive after discount difference is RM219 between the two.

One reason to go for 64gb is the 4gb
My P8 i never ran out of memory, at any point of time.. max still 900mb-1.xgb left
