If you are referring to the third brake light, I have disassembled them before and they looked like ordinary bulb (albeit, very tiny) and not LED. In fact, the third brake light lights up not as quick as the tail light which is real LED.

But I am not sure if you can replace the bulbs individually.

Only have this happening occasionally on mine, but it's usually because of how I press the pedal like I want power and release it shortly after, causing the car to just hold and then switch after a while. My car even when at low speeds on the places like the LDP incline will still up-shift. Someone did gearbox adaptation for me last time with his tool, but I don't remember if my gearbox acts like this before the adaptation or after. Maybe it's also because I'm using synthetic ATF.

Based on the manual, the gearbox for the Persona is should be more keen to hold onto a particular gear in case it thinks that the car won't have enough power if it up-shifts. I see this happening very frequently in a Waja CPS and Exora CPS driven by my friends.

Same for mine, no mod since bought. But for my car, it is more noticeable when it is near service. Sometimes i forgot to service my car and i get "reminded". biggrin.gif

Proton parts center says they have no stock as well... got to wait for vendor to revert. Anyone know any kereta potong shop that has a front part?

You gotta try to disassemble and see if it's replaceable. My contact does repairs for LED module for the rear light not changing the LED bulb.

My contact that can repair, he repairs the LED module only. I think he's asking if he can change just the LED light panel for 3rd brake light.
*
Oo.. Sorry. Didn't read properly.

I just checked with my friend,
He got no stock for LH,
But RH yes.
LH need order.

Perhaps you can try ask ask spare parts shop around your area,
show them P/N and photo to ensure you got genuine part.

just for the record
changed my alternator pulley + labour = RM310
symptom: belt squeak (morning), some mechanical bearing noise. (Can be mistaken as belt tensioner problem, or IAFM module malfunction due to noise very near to IAFM)

Diassembled, they were not led. Just a normal T5 wedge bulb.
Can be replaced via DIY.
