Quite a fair bit I would say. Tekan sikit then makan already. biggrin.gif
Tak tahu ooo I am driving an Auto. I accidentally went past 6.5K RPM a week ago cause I stuck the car in first gear for acceleration. I just remember that mine seem to have maxed out around 7K when I wasn't in gear and I pressed the pedal.
hmm.gif Did you look at the brakes when you changed it at the shop at TTDI? hmm.gif It's normal for the disc rotors to turn rusty especially if you always wash your wheels. My front rotors which have been used for less than 10,000KM looks the same.

*Less than 15k or 10k, forgot.
*
No matter how, disc rotor will get rusty. Unless yours is carbon disc rotor or stainless steel =)

Cheap Brake pad. lil poor performance. More dust , when the brake have dust will cost some annoying noise.

Good brake pad will also cause sound. especially the ceramic type brake pad.

Rotor doesnt really will cause the sound. Mostly is the brake pad.

thanks for reply, my SV almost 2 years already, should i go change for new steering rack bushes (silicone)?

hmm.gif

the mechanic said my stock brake pads still in good condition

however, done changing front brake pads to Bendix Ultimate,
*
Way to check worn/ faulty steering bush.

Get someone seat at the driver seat. turn the steering.
( you check on engine bay, see the steering rack , whether got move left and right or not )
if yes, then is faulty.

hi shifu's,

thinking of changing to a lighter flywheel for better acceleration.  any advice?  any shop recommendations which sell aftermarket/custom flywheel?

not much info in the forums about this, and I don't want to skim my original flywheel for obvious safety reasons.

Is it recommended to install lightweight flywheel with a lightened crank pulley together?  some forumers said campro crankshaft fragile cannot install lightweight flywheel... o.o

any comments/advice is welcome smile.gif thanks.
*
seldom listen people want to change lighten flywheel.

Change Light crank pully a lot people do that.

Nice. This and the Ws2 extreme additive are really worth it. My engine became quite silent below 3k rpm. Above that it reduced a little. The engine also revs quite fast.
