happy new year guys my PE in the 7 years 126000 km 

Hi guys, i havent driven my IAFM persona for 4mths. Today wanted to drive the car. Installed a fully charged battery, engine started. RPM stayed at idle, but cannot rev at all. The throttle got no response despite stepping on gas.Engine error light came on. Took out the throttle body to clean & installed back. Still the same issue. Tomorrow I gonna take out the MAP sensor. Anybody hv idea where its located? I didnt see it today as i was removing the throttle body. Appreciate yr advice on the issue. I seem to hv lost my OBD dongle also & can't read the error code. Btw, my car is a Manual not auto.

does any one installed Voltage stabilizer and grounding cable on your persona?
Any good effect after installed and mind to share the brand?

Mine is IAFM auto 2012 model.

where can I install this in Shah Alam area? What do I ask from the mechanic? Which type of shop (aircon shop? body shop? tire shop?) should I go to?

My wife's Persona 2011 H Line Auto will jump a bit as the engine is trying to rev (to prevent it from dying?) while in "Drive" gear, with the aircond on, while the foot brake is applied. If the aircon is not applied, the car will not show this symptom...

What is the issue do you think, is it the voltage thing?

Agree with the idling in N... which is what I do... but sometimes a short idling in D shouldn't hurt, at least not in my car. The wife's persona is the one showing the symptom and it can be annoying... 
everytime I clean the throttle body the problem is gone, for a given time... then after a while it will show the symptom again.. is something "leaking" in the car's system?

okay thanks a lot for the reply, i will send my car to workshop nearby and see if its an easy fix. hopefully i dont have to send it to proton center

End up sending the car for full repaint. But the finishing is a list different compared to the original paint, its a little "bubbly?" but not rough,  costed rm200.

Saw promotion on lazada for conti uc6, wonder if 195/55/r15 is suitable for persona?

anyone can comment below?
will it 'kena' front skirting more often than current 195/60r15 setup?
how is the gap between tyre and fender? will it have big gap on glance?

hi,my standard tyre 195/60/R15 can i replace with 50 or 55?60not very common.can i replace 2 rear tyre with 55 or 50 and  using 60 tyre at front
