If u hv gps issue, clear ur gps info and request gps location upd. Then it will ok. Download app to clear gps info. This typically happens to AP set.

I brought my phone back to greenfone to try to flash to the original China rom but they failed to do it even by following the step-by-step guide. Now I suspect they failed because they didn't use the original RN3 cable but I can't be sure about this. Maybe if I have the time I'll go back to them and ask them to use ori cable this time around.

Anyway their pc managed to detect my phone fine. This is bcz their pc was using Windows 7. My pc is still on XP. The problem is my phone is missing its USB drive, which is needed by XP to detect a phone. Windows 7 doesn't need the phone's USB drive to detect a phone.

I bought from them, playstore is pre-installed. But be careful, my rom is not the original China rom and it's full of bloatware especially that annoying Apus launcher. Other than that the phone is working fine except for the child mode. Hopefully the global rom will be released soon and fix this.

I'm looking for a transparent back soft case. If anyone know where to get it pls let me know.

Use miflash. Refer to RN2 thread. No need use ori cable as long as it's not charging only type.

heres mine. still got 58% battery left. Can last me another day but I won't push it that far la. But I am just a light user (whatsapp, wechat audio, web surfing, reading 9gag and playing light indie games)

bro, i think either they don't know how to flash properly or lazy to do it for you and gave that excuse. worst comes to worst they sold u a fake unit
