On version 7.1.1.1 afraid brick to flash the lower version. Having problem on google play store, version 6.0++, only able to download via wifi, cant download apps via mobile internet, (waiting for wifi) already untick download via wifi only. Any solution guys

Hi I downloaded SphinX rom, and extract zip file. On the folder doesn't have folder sign-bin. As previous China rom got that folder which you will need to copy/move scatter file text to that sign-bin folder. Is it normal.
