Setting > Lock screen & password > password & fingerprint >
then under "apply fingerprint to" > Keyguard, turn it on.

btw if you setup your finger print successfully, you will see the default naming "Fingerprint1" under "FINGERPRINT" there.

ru selling the case? i just need a soft case, transparent if possible. I already have the tempered glass.

I've installed Mi PC suit but still my phone can't connect to my pc. When i tried to connect using PC suit an error msg pops out saying there's a driver missing. Now I've tried googling usb driver for redmi note 3 but can't find any. I've even tried the xioami forum but still cant find it. the usb drive for other xiaomi phones are available but not for RN3? What can i do now?

u try plug into other usb port test and see can or not

Maybe you can just install the basic xiaomi usb drivers?
Probably it doesn't need to be that specific?

Mine is not instantly but not as long as 10 sec. Maybe around 5, outside not inside building.

Ok I've just tried inside my office, it's failed to lock. I gave up waiting and just turn it off.
But it's ok la, why would u want gps inside a building?

Sigh I've given up already. But nvm tmr i'm bringing the phone back to my seller to see if they can flash 7.0.16.0 for me.
