Desa Parkcity really different how to become like desa Parkcity.

1) at a glance this project looks wow.

2) in reality no solid /new roads /traffic mitigation is seen except for the so called link to that MRT station in front of BrenMall

3) as for artist impression, i can say the lake current state is (base on my own experience)


4) as of developer/or article claim to even compare to DPC

i thought is standard for a condo? from the square foot, i think is reasonable. last time i went to their previous project in JB Tampoi.
surprisingly they can make the space so big. 700 square foot looks like 800 sqft from most developer. from that time really change my mind of how condo can be big. but it really catches my attention is the diamond shape design. so my window no longer see opposite house.

yesterday pass by, they start open up all the fence can see alot tree inside. show room looks great from outside at night time.

along the road can see alot car park on the road infront lakeville, opposite the car park fully taken by taman wahyu landed house resident. in future traffic here is really a big concern.

road and access itself i think too small for future 15k Units

Hi, I spoke to the sales team about this property. The type B which is the 1140sft mostly are tandem parking. The side by side parking only starts from level 31 above. Is this a problem for renting out or even own stay? can people easily accept this when you want to sell it later?

Sifu sifu, would you pay extra just for side by side parking?

Any advise?

How much is the psf pricing?

They didn't confirm anything but seems the indicative price is 720psft above. Now they only collect cheque.

Any info from the agent when will the shopping mall complete build?

As if there is shortage of shopping mall in the vicinity. How are shopping mall in the area performing?

There isn't any info from the sales agent. I guess they themselves don't even know. I only heard that sales agent said, there will be buggy services from the condo to the shopping mall. Also they are so proud of the TOD which I am not sure what that is as the agent cannot answer. Also, he is very blur. At one point said, this is totally commercial and not HDA. When I said I am not keen, he asked the manager and then confirmed back to me that it is HDA. So, I am still not clear on this project.
