Haha I heard is around RM700. They have booth at mid valley now.
Actually... danga bay when they first launch is about rm500 per sqf but I missed it. My friend brought 2 now using airbnb. Always full....

i think the map master Ho chin soon has some point. nowadays only mix development can bring up the value like desa park city. other individual develop really make the place mess. (like my house there... sigh...)

but with desa park city as partner. should be very good place. wonder when is the sales gallery opening.

i thought is standard for a condo? from the square foot, i think is reasonable. last time i went to their previous project in JB Tampoi.
surprisingly they can make the space so big. 700 square foot looks like 800 sqft from most developer. from that time really change my mind of how condo can be big. but it really catches my attention is the diamond shape design. so my window no longer see opposite house. rclxms.gif

who get their sms? they open for pre-booking now. get queuing number be at the frontline, follow number can choose the unit first. the best is, no fee charged if the end don't want to buy.

for me, no harm to place and get a queuing number. the end if don't want than still loss nothing haha. i don't think this will be empty town because kl land no open zone like iskandar johor 500k above can sell to foreigner already. KL here mostly only can sell to local malaysian because lower then 1m. so personally i don't compare it with other project de. i missed the chance for desa park city before when it first came out. now only can see the price raise up... sigh... not this time hahaha

may be they want the fast pace gua because not many can do that 6 years have 5 maga project. desa park is already so many years.... but only 1 development. if they join with another fast pace corporate. i guess can push more, is not mistaken, this would be desa park second development although now still develop the same place. can not be so many years still stick with only 1 development right. tongue.gif

went today and see already have many people placed pre-booking on their board. can see is really a place not for short vision people, don't have a vision we are going to be stuck in here or same place.

em... er...... it is very immature by look at ID when choosing a property. because at the end you will still getting the same id-less empty space from every developer. get your own ID la... hahaha. every 2nd house owner knows that, because we invest and stay or rent at the same time. not like getting first house impress by ID dont think of many things.

people whom mature enough, would look into the development potential growth and what can brings more to the family or rental and benefit of the property. let's see few more years if really success, those who make fun would disappear and silents, with empty hand. since now no harm, so i just get a queuing number and see how when launching day lo. since fully refundable, nothing lose.

you will be surprise how fast this project selling.
just 3 months already sold more then 70% over.
imaging most local project only can sell 8 or 10 per month.

not everyone looking for investment de.... many may also look for own stay.
