๐ Phase 1 will complete in 4 years (roughly 2023) ๐ MRT2 will complete and open to public in year 2022 ๐ฅ Lake City Phoenix Club will complete and open to public this year (estimated - insyallah) ๐ฌ Lake City Shopping Mall will develop by ParkCity after MRT2 complete (estimate) ๐น Lake Promenade Soho Retails (macam Publika) will develop in the middle of lake (1st in Malaysia) Grab from random fb post, dunno how true |

I wanna ask, speak of the masive master plan of Taman Wahyu, why not just hunt for lakeville lelong unit instead of buying this new project. Any competitive advantage point?
