u get value for money, not overpriced property.

Yes, personally known handful bought for own stay before via lelong. As always need hardwork to minimize risk.
And own stay will be willing to bid higher price especially after all the effort done.
But I would say current trend is changing.
Brand new unit enter straight into lelong. Plenty in the market today falling below launching price.
Definitely easier coz minimal risk.
