Buying from lelong ppl normally already ready prepare well all their documents before hand.
Is not after winning only slowly find your docs here and there. Then incomplete some more.

Yes, same like buying from subsale. Cost involved will be more or less the same.
Just that subsale still can do mark up. So maybe no need to have so much upfront cash in hand. You add all that into your loan and repay.

Yes for the bigger size unit. I think will need another round to attract interested buyer.
But for the 438k unit, I guess is already at cheap enough pricing. Really hard to believe if nobody takes that unit this round.

For cukai taksiran, initial rate was at RM1k+ yearly. Appealed successful and yearly rate is now RM900 i guess depending on your unit size.

Quit rent payable to the management office. The management will pay on behalf of all owners and you will need to pay the management back. Same thing as fire insurance.

The one by mahsing or the management is quit rent or also known as cukai tanah.
The one by DBKL is assessment rate / cukai taksiran or also known as cukai pintu. That amount you mention is half yearly. So yearly is RM900 as i stated previously.

He should realize that during early years of loan repayment, the amount is used to pay the interest actually. Not really reduce the principle loan amount.

Whole land is under the same parcel. You cannot have Tower A different date compare to other block.
Tower A, B, C, D, E, F + rumahwip seri wahyu all will have the same lease expiry date.

By the way, early bird purchaser who bought Block E & F end of 2014 will get few months LAD. Congrats.
Yet to VP. Most gurus will say the later the better. Unless you are eager to move in.

Tower F is the worst. So close to this rumahwip block.

Now open to all non bumi. Not sure what happen behind the scene. Developer must have work something out.
