Just walk in to MahSing office today and one of the staff tells me the expected completion date is by the end of 2020.

the building itself seems completed but then the wall and the area around they are still working on it. maybe their schedule impacted by area near the lake.

as of now we don't see any fence, they drains around the building need to do some work.
