QUOTE(nubJeff @ Mar 14 2016, 04:35 PM) Yea, mine included MRTT..you all getting the loan without any insurance is it? depend on the bank, they check on individual basic. MRTT will be expensive compare MRTA. MRTT usually work for INVESTOR, can insured the loan regadrs of the property but based on the a static LOAN amount to cover INVESTOR lifetime. What MRTA juz one time cover on the particular property loan they bought. Once the period end or property sell, no longer carry any value juz burn. Good for own stay buyer. MLTA will be the cheapest among the total cost of owner in the long run.
MRTA/MRTT is just burning money away.

QUOTE(BEANCOUNTER @ Mar 22 2016, 06:48 AM) Good luck. You need to wait for at least 2 years and countless phone calls and email exchanges to get the pathetic 1 or 2k...... There are better way to earn these money elsewhere....imo. Seriously huh? I thought MahSing one of the top developer. 2% can get around 6k each. Not bad what.

The discount will make the owner no need to pay high downpayment if you are still qualify to get 90% loan. My fren told me the rm8888, also minus into the downpayment side as well.
