After booking, within 14 day need to sign spa..u go tell ur agent,u want go travel for 2 week..then can extend 1 month..slow slow find good bank offer lo..
If loan reject..u can request for full refund..developer right now cannot charge any cent if cancel the booking

When u pay booking, put exisitng mahsing buyer name, then existing buyer can get 1% ,then u can share the 1% with them..extra money untung.

No kidding ..it not complete on 2017..it must vp & ccc on end of 2017 else early purchaser can enjoy the LAD..
Block A start selling early of 2014 and i think spa signing date start from middle of 2014, + 42 month..plus minus,due date for handover and vp should be on dec 2017 ..
