Icute LED fans - cheap and good

SanyoDenki series from allngap or mayb Panaflo...

Can GeminII uses thicker fans ? As usual we can see 120x120x25mm, how bout those 120x120x38mm profile fans ?

AFAIK,most of the 120mm fans can do fit into the Gemini II.
There no problems for the thickness.

What do you wanna know about setup ?

Mine same proc with you at 3.0ghz 1.44v , idle 35 -+ while load at 50-+ using 2 AeroCool fans. The fans are only at 1200rpm, imagine if use Icute LED like bro clawhammer selling surely cooler.

And setup abit tricky but guide is provided. U have to take out your mobo to install it.

got any clearance issue fitting gemin2 onto a cm690 casing?

It's a good fit.

I change back to TT BT VX, surprisingly, after cleaned and polished, it's better than Gemini II. Idle for BT VX is 4c higher, but during full load, it's 6c cooler compared to Gemini II. Getting Xigmatek S1283 to see how it performs.

Well,IMO,Xigmatek performs more better than those two HSF u have in hand.Lapping it will be more better.
Mine S963 lapped load temp is around 41C load orthos. Idle around 25C.

My BT VX is lapped though, that's why performs good. Gemini II still new and going to sell it off, so not wasting time lapping it. I guess it will be only cooler by 2c after lapped.

Well,what will you do with your current TTBTVX after you get the Xigmatek?

Nope, I havent. Planning to do on next processor. Dont know which proc to get yet since its so mahfan to take down the GeminII. Will be lapping the GeminII and the proc too, then change to a better thermalpaste.

Okeyh, mou man tai bro. Now gathering info,technique and the right method to lap both hsf and proc. Afraid if wrongly lap will cost my proc life

After that will be changing to Tuniq tx2 as before this I apply the thermalpaste too thick until it overspreaded and leaked out.

going get my Gemin2 next monday

I bought the gemini last week, but had problem fitting it with my ocz reaper rams. So bcareful la who buy tis.u can put it on another directions but then the metal fin which is used to support the fans will block your sli gc. in the end i had to change to cm mars instead.
