24 months is standard. Please check and confirm with SA whether ES provides 2 + 1 years (ie additional 12 months beside the standard 24 months) defect liability as I know they do (but the additional 12 months is documented separately).

Pricing up to RM3M - then I guess it starts from around RM2M+ for the 3-storey shops - not unreasonable if compare to Blossom's 2-storey for RM1.6M. This is on the basis of comparing with BR Blossom. Haven't studied others at the surrounding area there.

Intetested to see more details when available.

In the conference the were sharings by the speakers of their success stories how they started and grew their biz, the importance of SME to explore e-Biz (a largely untapped market for Malaysia vis-a-vis other countries), how the government can assist the SMEs, fanchise / retail biz from the perspective of other countries (Singapore and UK in particular) etc.
