For retirement place, smaller unit has an added advantage, less cleaning to do with a nice environment and tight security. Maintenance fees also will be lower than my current one- 28c.

Block A seems a better unit with lake view and facing SemiD area.

Car park- 1 unit- 40psqft x0.23c = RM9.2 ( 2units x2- RM 18.4) to add into your mthly maintenance fees. All owner car parks at lower basement. Visitor car park above ground.
0.23c- tentative quotation only. In 3yrs time, it might be higher.

one USP of Parque is u got a very nice resident only private landscaping yah .. 12 acres out of 27 acres of land will be surrounded by lush greenery and picturesque landscaping (this kind of luxury is hardly find in other project lor.. and the main reason i got a unit in Parque  ). good for someone who like morning/ evening walk in a safe environment. The lovely 85 acres central park is shared by public (but i still will like to do cycling in the central park  )

not sure why my calculation of parking is different from yours as provided by the SA:

1. maintenance fee for unit ~ RM0.23 per sqft
2. maintenance fee for accessory parcel ~ RM0.23 per sqft X 0.5
3. 1 car park (accessory parcel) = 144 sqft

for a 925 sqft unit:
maintenance fee = 0.23 x 925 sqft= RM212.75
2 parking lots = 0.23 x 0.5 x (144 sqft x 2) = RM33.12
total = 245.87
sinking fund abt 10% of 245.87
so TOTAL payable per month about RM270 

as usual the future maintenance fee is very much depends on the overall operating cost lor ..

Jason gor, the sales admin incharged confirmed that the sinking fund is calculated based on 10% x (maintenance + parking)

I was sold on a few fronts:

1. Eco World's team and their credentials - they are known to execute well
2. The overall township and its master plan
3. Design and build (I like the flat roof and open compound)
4. Home Minister likes it too

I'm hoping that our decision is well vindicated and that EW lives up to its promise.

Eco Majestic really happening, 4 weekends of Flower Event with different theme. So tempting to go each one. I think I visit the 13th and 27th.
20th reserved for ES CNY night event.
