The next commercial launch could be in another year's time. This year shall have another SD launch I guess. Any indication of the features?

Personally, I think Somerset has its advantage that the matchmaking servรฌce of EW will help to screen through "good" tenant for shop buyers (investors) and so to a certain extent not only help in expediting the commencement of business activities in Somerset but the quality of tenant (no assurance though).

I believe it follows the same practice of the past launches in other projects (if I remember correctly the price is before GST).
Whichever the case the GST is borne by EW.

EW will issue a credit note as evidence. That's based on my experience. As to how it pays to Custom that is out of my sight (and not my concern too laugh.gif)
