*off topic. what's the process of getting a car like? i mean, u pay downpayment first, then when do you actually have to start applying and paying for your loan? what are the paper work involved?

That's far dude, the next one I will do something nearer. But Nilai is like pretty near to Seremban.

walk into a showroom, choose the car you like,
pay booking fees, and select how long repayment,
submit documents,
wait for loan approval,
loan approve only pay downpayment,
wait for car to register and get road tax,
collect car,
check car,
start car,
redline the car on the way out from showroom

Hmm, that will be impossible because most of us are from Klang Valley. That unless in future we have convoy. Before we discuss about that, we'll see the first gathering how it goes first.

Umm, sorry if the question is repeating. Friend of mine wanted to buy GTI, started sourcing for it at various car dealer. 2000 model selling around 35k, some are UK spec and some are local.

Care to share what common problem/fault with GTI when buying 2nd so I can inspect myself? Squeaky belt sound? Any problem rev above 5k rpm?

Could I test drive Satria Neo at the big showroom located beside Kesas Highway?

Do I have to make an appointment with them?

u should check wheter all dashboard meters are functioning rpm, km/h, temp and fuel meter...check all components are working perfectly eg signal lights, fog lights, rear bumper's redlight, SRS airbag indicator is working, power windows doesn't stuck, etc etc...that's the most common problem with GTi. hope that helps
