how much that costs you? coz i'm saving hard for transplant as well. was aiming for 4G93T and i got several quotes from 8-10k i might give up anytime and get myself mivec or whatever =_=!

Mivec 1.6 and 4G93P, price difference around RM1K.

4G93P = RM3.5K
Mivec = RM4.5K (No bodyparts and some parts are not included, that if you want to have the engine at this price).

Mivec better! 4G93P is also a powderful engine, but if the price difference not much, straight go for Mivec better.

The Mivec halfcut + everything done installation and paperwork = RM 7K

Then get a 4G93P block, you now have Mivec 1.8. (Add RM500)

Mivec 1.8 can produce around 19x BHP. After Dyno.

i dunno, i bought my car from the previous owner...apparent the 1.8l engine came from a pre-2000 putra

Axis, if you need some quotations on halfcuts and need a mech to install, my cousin runs a workshop that does transplants

lol, not as easy as that le...still need to by piggyback ecu, do up wiring,cams bla bla bla....i think need almost 10k do make a perfect engine
