it seems that lazada is quite hard pushing their apps usage. give extra 5% on particular product of lazada as seller. ps4, ip6s. to fight shopback disadvantage of not able to use on apps? lol

guys if i opt for COD, when the parcel is confirmed, then only i found out there's a cheaper price of the same item , can i cancel it when the item is delivering?

my case is still pending investigation now, they tried to push the blame back to lazada.

now they have yet to explain to lazada why was the item signed by third party.

now is either the courier is lying, or the rider dispatch lie to the courier.

Lol, getting Redmi Note 2 with Voucher on LAzada is cheaper than on Mi website itself.

Sigh, so far my case with NinjaVan is still in very bad position.

NinjaVan is still trying to shift the blame and even CLAIM that they have clarify the third party signature with me to Lazada, which they didn't. I've ask Lazada to send them a request to contact me or meet me at my office for CCTV viewing, but no response from them. If they are being so truthful, why are they being so scared in coming over for a CCTV viewing.

I will be talking with their higher management to get NinjaVan details and infomation, then I will lodge police report, consumer tribunal on them.

Hope I get back what is mine soon. Refund.

After my case, I've made new purchase via cod too, but i cancel due to it being my case has not been settled.

Once I've canceled both COD deal, I've received an email that I was a suspected reseller. I guess scalping is a big no for Lazada?

lol. Oh well, hope I get ninjavan details for all authorities action soon.

bought item, courierpicked it up.

Item stated delivered when I did not receive it. Check proof of delivery, third party signature, not my receptionist or me.

Investigation goes on , both shift blame, NinjaVan claimed that I clarify with them that the signature belong to my receptionist, which is false.

requested them to come and check my CCTV footage or contact me, request ignored.

Planning to lodge tribunal and police report.
