no idea, Last time I thought Lazada Express is dodgy, or Gdex is not the best too, but now I know, there's something even worst with no communication method with them also. Email never reply also.

They really have bad service and shit, if they tell me delay on delivery, I would have emailed them for self pickup instead, but no, they instead ASSURE me my item will reach on 19th, then now these happen. Learned my lesson to COD instead of buying because it's cheap.

yea man. that time 11/11 they got really cheap deal with the maybank card discount and shopback.

Talk about being able to get something cheap. Now i know why people say Cheap thing no good.

Should be, some singapore company. Not only that, no phone number there indicate they are a screw up company with a lot of complain, therefore, would not want people to call them and instead, use email.

I wish they send Gdex to my place at Segambut here. Tho last time I buy PS4 from Lazada, they use Laz Express. cry.gif

ya, it's really stressful for me everyday have to contact them to talk to ninjavan, it doesnt help especially with ninjavan not picking calls and talking to you.

So far the investigation has been forwarded to a higher management, where he told me that IF NinjaVan really provide such dishonesty in their service, they will be terminating service with them, which I HOPE THEY DO SO! Finger crossed, let NinjaVan die!

Yeah, their deal is really attractive with cheap price and all. The previous delivery, almost all of them actually did provide me a courtesy call to make sure there's someone to receive the item or will update the ETA of their arrival so someone can accept it. This is just too bad.

Current investigation has been escalated to higher management, where he will personally handle my case , and provide me a deadline that they will finish the investigation by this week, which I hope it will be. *finger crossed*

Will definitely update you guys regarding this.

update for ninjavan today, yest make 2 calls asking about my delivery that is show as 'cancelled'
this morning i check the tracking, showing pickup at 1.00AM, arrived at sorting hub at 7.00AM. estimated delivery 4th dec , tmrrow. hopefully can get by today since their warehouse and my address is just 2KM away. sad.gif

You've to contact lazada to get the exact date of delivery for the item.

My lost parcel was purchase at 11/11. It was stated there clearly the item will reach me on 12th Nov.

When the parcel was late and I ask Lazada, they say it shouldn't be and the package should reach latest by 20th.

Talk about customer service to update us.

The best part are they don't have call support, only email which take days to reply.

Lazada making a great mistake by using the not trust worthy courier company. This will definite create bad experience to all its customers.

i've been updating occasionally here with other member of my case.

the order was made on 11/11, lost on 19/11. mean the complain has been going on for 2 weeks, till some higher position fella take my case.

Now he give me deadline till this friday for it to be solved. I've provided my CCTV footage as evidence to them.

CCTV footage was provided due to NinjaVan CLAIMED that my receptionist sign and receive the package, my cctv shown that they come, pass the item and ciao dy, no signature.

So yeah. screw ninjavan.

well , lazada actually did give me confidence with online purchase previously.

past phone, ps4 orders and some minor things all went smoothly. Just this time.

In short : The rider did not delivery the thing, either taken or lost. and worst, NinjaVan lie that my receptionist sign for the item.

The recipient is my receptionist, but that is for 1 of my parcel.

The whole case here is, they lost/dont know what they did with my other 2 phone. Then they CLAIM that the signature belong to my receptionist when I told them no one signed for it. That's why I send the CCTV footage to show that no one signed for anything when the fella send over 1 phone, instead of 3 that the rider claimed.

This can actually be on a few case, forgery of signature? , fraud and also mishandling?

Not sure how high position is the guy handling my case, but at least when I asked question, he can answer me, and he also offer to listen to my story + request for CCTV footage. He said that he will show this evidence support to higher management (i assume he was a supervisor level?) and also will debate with Ninjavan with this.

Hope my case will be settle soon.
