From the site they Guarantee 24 hours deliveries. But perhaps it just another empty promise courier company which wasting customer time waiting for their items to arrived.

From ninjava.my site, the estimated arrival date can be change time to time. WTF...
Standby for whole day for the item then they just ffk you by changing the date.
WTH they put the arrival date?

The best part are they don't have call support, only email which take days to reply.

Lazada making a great mistake by using the not trust worthy courier company. This will definite create bad experience to all its customers.

They are just very shady in their deal and it's very bad. Worst is their communication with customer. Zero.

If i can rate them on anywhere, i would rate them Shit/10

So any petition yet on this? I'm staying out of their service range, but reading about their incompetency make my blood boil as an online shopper.

Sigh... I guess the best way for us is give 1 star bad bad review to Lazada. Force them to change the courier company and provide better option like self collect centre.

Sometime I would rather go the courier centre to collect my item instead blindly waiting whole day for my items to arrived.

That is serious and how long seen happened? What is Lazada response?

With more then hundreds of customers complain, they have no reason to continue the service with them. We should united and complain Lazada's Ninjavan.

i've been updating occasionally here with other member of my case.

the order was made on 11/11, lost on 19/11. mean the complain has been going on for 2 weeks, till some higher position fella take my case.

Now he give me deadline till this friday for it to be solved. I've provided my CCTV footage as evidence to them.

CCTV footage was provided due to NinjaVan CLAIMED that my receptionist sign and receive the package, my cctv shown that they come, pass the item and ciao dy, no signature.

So yeah. screw ninjavan.

In short, who had taken the item? Lucky there is CCTV proof.

I guess we should spread the incident widely, let it be doomsday for ninjavan, or worst maybe Lazada.

That is really discouraging and broke the trust of online sales. In future who else will buy expensive stuff online??

well , lazada actually did give me confidence with online purchase previously.

past phone, ps4 orders and some minor things all went smoothly. Just this time.

In short : The rider did not delivery the thing, either taken or lost. and worst, NinjaVan lie that my receptionist sign for the item.

Ninjavan gonna screw this time. Lazada is a big company across the SEA. So if your case is handle by higher management, no much to worry about. I have a good feeling about it.
