Now he give me deadline till this friday for it to be solved. I've provided my CCTV footage as evidence to them.
CCTV footage was provided due to NinjaVan CLAIMED that my receptionist sign and receive the package, my cctv shown that they come, pass the item and ciao dy, no signature.

Ninjavan gonna screw this time. Lazada is a big company across the SEA. So if your case is handle by higher management, no much to worry about. I have a good feeling about it.
