not stupid if my place n warehouse just 3km away. and some items lazada price got lots of discount that mall cant provide.

everyone who bought lazada set, lets send our petition   by give them 1 star - Dissapointed for product review, i will do for dark grey one..i also had email to them about the warranty confusion.

today i went to their warehouse ( sorting hub) in batu 3 shah alam. they sharing with zalora i think cos its same building but they dont hv any signboard etc. i just went there and ask the guard if there got ninjavan company there then the guard said got at the back of the building.
what i notice is, i think their operations same as Uber.. any1 can become delivery boys. thats why they dont hv proper delivery van/transports
my colleague( which using same office address as me) bought something at lazada. and ninjavan delivery it properly. i think my case might be bad luck cos got cancelled and they said because my parcel is more than 1 week even tho i just bought it on 28nov, 30th show as cancelled.

Anyone notice Lazada change their courier service to Ninjavan.my??

From the site they Guarantee 24 hours deliveries. But perhaps it just another empty promise courier company which wasting customer time waiting for their items to arrived.

From ninjava.my site, the estimated arrival date can be change time to time. WTF...
Standby for whole day for the item then they just ffk you by changing the date.
WTH they put the arrival date?

The best part are they don't have call support, only email which take days to reply.

Lazada making a great mistake by using the not trust worthy courier company. This will definite create bad experience to all its customers.

I just noticed Guardian increase their delivery from RM3.40 to RM8.70

Can you share the exact address to the warehouse? I'm planning to self pickup today. I dont have faith in them to deliver my parcel today. Although in their website said will deliver today. Do you have their contact number? I want to contact them before I go there.

we hari hari complained ninjavan. for each successful van taken down, we get one star

yup, go there, then give them ur tracking code for self pickup and name so that easier for them to search ur item. but u need to check if ur item really there already or not.

u go there, find zalora warehouse( its just beside Digi HQ), ask the guard for ninjavan.. then he will ask u go at the back of the zalora building
enter the warehouse, give them ur tracking code for them to check. if ur item already there. just pickup the item, sign the form, settle.
i dont hv their contact no. i just went there when i see the status show as 'arrived at sorting hub'
