They can visit as visitors, but no they are not part of your migration visa....

You can try sponsor them over in future....but the wait list is very long....and they may not want to move permanently....

Dude, ask yourself why you want to migrate. I migrate because of my children. I am sure my parent know why I made such decision and they won't migrate with me as they won't get use of the living style in aus. But they could visit me as frequent as they could as visitor.

You dont have to be in adelaide , you can be , melbourne or any other city even if sponsor sate in south australia

you are free to work anywhere, even if you are sponsored by a particular state/territory under 190...while there are more jobs in the major cities, the cost of living, particularly housing, is also more, and may actually mean a lower quality of life due to less disposable income...

I engaged GMS - Global Migration System, service is good so far!

I got mine really fast with GMS, I think 9 months? Not including me asking them to take their time and I put off the first half quite a bit.

I also engaged GMS and although they paint a pretty picture during the first consultation but have to follow up with them constantly.
I always report back to Audrey/Desmond if they agent is giving me a hard time cause they have high turnover rate. Only Audrey and Desmond have been there for quite some time.
Anyway, which state are you heading to? All the best with the move.

Yup, it is a moral obligation but I actually don't mind SA cause cost of living is more affordable plus I have friends there too.
Anyway with all agency, you would have to follow up with the agent constantly. I think GMS have too may clients now so they tend to forget about those clients which application are dormant. I constantly call and email them to check on my status and it took me slightly more than 3 years to get my PR from the day I engaged GMS

An extraction of your obligation from border.gov.au pertaining to visa 190:

"If you are granted this visa, your nominating state or territory might require you to:

live in the nominating state or territory for a specified minimum time
tell them your address, both before and after you arrive in Australia
complete surveys and providing other information they ask for
meet any of their other requirements."

Not sure if you need to contribute to SA but usually the obligation is to stay in the sponsor state for 2 years and/or work there for a year. But since DIBP issues the visa and no restrictions mentioned in the grant letter so many ppl don't honor this.
Ethically you need to stay at the respective state which sponsored you for at least 2 years but i heard many ppl dont. But I am not sure what the reciprocation would be during RRV

most companies gives you their crappy default super so you need to choose a good one, look at past records
