For service wise, you should try Pepperstone, an UK and Australia regulated Broker. https://trk.pepperstonepartners.com/aff_c?o...67&aff_id=16162

For lowest spreads, try ICMarkets https://icmarkets.com/?camp=18076

From the performance on the first glance, it looks very attractive.
BUT, I find something not right.

Major currencies do not move that much in that short period of time.

UNLESS - there are 2 exceptions.
1. This guy is trading the news. During the news, they tend to move a lot in a short period of time.
2. This guy is trading some exotic currencies.

What's your opinion?

It's a MANIPULATED fake performance by SCAMMER. Nothing to do with what strategies or instruments that they trade.

DrFX,

List of Genuine Forex Brokers
9. FXCM

How come FXCM is still inside the list of genuine brokers? Is FXCM being confirmed not as a scam broker even after being de-registered by CTFC? confused.gif
Please advised.

Based on CTFC news
In August 18th, 2016, the CFTC has filed charges against FXCM related to undercapitalization during the SNB-CHF crisis of January 2015. One of the charges is that FXCM guanteed client accounts against negative balances. Evidently, this form of client protection is against CFTC rules. URL

In February 6, 2017; FXCM fined $7 million by the CFTC for defrauding retail forex customers. FXCM to deregistered from the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission URL

Hi giveme5,

Are you trading with FXCM? Have you been scammed?

The August 2016 did not show any scam activities and it's good that they are being fined for their mistake. It's not only FXCM, but every brokers who hold US NFA license before were being fined with no surprise, including FXDD, etc.

What they did in fact happened in every brokers, so do you called all FX brokers scammed as well? Without NFA license, FXCM is still holding tier 1 UK FCA license. And yes they will remain on our Genuine Broker list unless they loss all their top tier licenses.

Our SCAMs list mean those with no license or toilet paper license that run suspicious scam activities either by fake manipulated performance records, ponzi scheme, or non transparency monthly ROI scam.

Many have learnt their lessons with Vladislav.

By the way, can you elaborate on how to spot a scam?
Is it their percentage return, the drawdown or what?

Yeah Vladislav, so how many remember this name and how many are hiding now?

Do you find similarity between Vladislav and James Harrison of Odin? Too good to be true consistent high return and extremely low maximum drawdown of 2.46%. No one on earth can produce that performance. Top world hedge funds can only produced around 60% annual return consistently. So he must be from another galaxy? drool.gif

We understand they are from similar syndicate that running the FX scams in the Asia market.

The Australia ASIC license hold by Odin Management is very suspicious. We strongly believe it is a cloned license, meaning that the license is belong to someone else. That's one of the reason their domain is odincapital, not odin management.

For those who still don't understand how IGOFX scam, you need to read through this blog who provide very detailed information.

We have received the information that the investors fund are sent to an Australia bank account under the company name Odin Management Pty Ltd. So it might not be a clone license.

We shall put Odin under investigation and kindly share if you have any further information.

Thank you.

Guys, there is a company called StarlingGold Global which is mainly focus on precious metals like gold and silver, and also provide consulting and investment for clients in their business. However, they are doing Forex Trading also. I have been interviewed before as a Data Analyst but at the same time they also offered me another job title as Sales and Marketing Executives which is fully commissioned based, they said that I will be helping clients in consulting and investment. I am very interested to take part into it as I want to get some investment knowledge. But since there is a Forex function in their website, it makes me aware of it and I'm afraid I will be unconsciously part of the scam. So, please advice about this company.
