7% in just 5 weeks is very common in FX trading. The abnormal is the "consistently" monthly returns for years. TriumphFX basically a ponzi scheme type of fake manipulated FX trading. They scammed many innocent investors at least twice in 2015 and 2016. They continued the scheme even after the directors were jailed in Singapore and told everyone this has nothing to do with the current one, but they were caught using the same web site www.tfxi.com and MT4 server. Best of all, they recycled the Master account of GM Trader to show that they have 7 years "profitable" records.

As mentioned, consistently 7% every months is abnormal. Genuine FX trading always up and down with risk.

If a broker with UK FCA license end up scam mean they have a big sum over million dollar locked in the bank as capital deposit for the license, regulator will audit the company and distribute the sum to victims.

I doubt a scam broker will spend million dollar to get an expensive tier 1 license and risk their capital being lock up in the bank. They wont be able to get back the capital deposit and may end up in jail as well.

Tier 2 license yes, like TriumphFX, cheaper and smaller capital deposit, so the risk is not big when they scammed investors.

Basically most of the tier 1 FX licenses protect international retail clients, not professional clients except ASIC. This is also the reason why the retail leverage has reduced to 1:50 which not many willing to trade with lower leverage. Swiss license protect every categories.

Smart ya... The big regulators said come we protect you, but you can only trade with low leverage. So basically not many they need to protect.

Majority victims are brainwash by those devil leaders who just want to earn commission but never consider the risk of their investors getting scammed.

Sometime they have to learn their lesson, then they will wake up from their dream land. However, later you may hear something like "Phobia with FX", but they cant accept the fact that those are FAKE FX or Ponzi scheme. Not real FX.
