For me, i will use reason like being "listed" in alert list in SC/BNM or MAS (Singapore) or I am already using "xxxxx" ( named in as in post 1).

As this fxcm is listed as "legit" in post 1

If am am approached by someone to do FX in companies that are introduced by him....
If i don't like it, I will politely push it away

Thus I think if if they can do that, then I think they still hv a lot of money in play to keep on playing.

Talking about this tier 1. Any reliable and unbiased sites that we can safely rely on for the list of regulators that are in Tier 1 and other tiers too?

Does tier 1 regulators has tighter control of leverage amount limits (lower leverage limits) than those that are of from "lower" tiered regulators? Can this be a valid reason when they said they goes for lower tier licence bcos they needed higher leverage amount limits for their trades?

I kaypoh abit by telling abit of what I think he meant....which I could be wrong. Best is you go Google about it and make your own conclusion.

Triumphfx has 2 different entities.
One is
Triumphfx Cyprus license is for retail investing...you invest on your own.
The other one
(TFXI) Triumphfx Seychelles license is for fund management activities....you put in money, the independence fund manager not triumphfx invest for you.

That Triunphfx EOB is one of the fund management products.

Thus the "Misled by Cyprus license" could meant that fund management activities and this tfxi is not regulated by Cyprus regulator.
