The stock I recom a few months back has just released QR. Performed as expected, 45% increase in profit over last Q yoy. Dividend payment also jumped 50% from last Q yoy.

Fundamentals still solid, with low PE, high ROE, good DY and market leader (>50% market share) in Malaysia and Vietnam, gaining traction in middle east and africa.

This is not a recom to buy as the price has jumped a lot, just reporting on previous recom counters performance.

Buying at current price, no guarantee ah!

That one QR already release 1 month. But whoever bought penta AND held on, also gained handsomely.

QR is out, poor results not good enough reason?

Speculative stocks people compare every quarter one... This last Q results compared to other Q is consider bad lah.

The 6m profit i suspect is due to forex or revaluation, ie unnatural profit cause it looks odd.

Also the profit is inconsistent. One look, i would not buy the share.

What us your basis or arguement. Facts and data?

People are moving from Astro to other sources... of entertainment, mostly internet related.

The more they try to squeeze profit from existing clients, the more they will run away.

I sudah cut my Astro long long time ago..

Gardenia Bread in MY is owned by QAF Limited in SG, and the shareholders are from Salim Group, ID.. the same people who make indo mee.

And they also own a pork farm in Australia..

Yes, you get more shares, but the pie gets bigger, and everything else diluted. You end up getting the same thing.
