Your normal and corn are fine pet snakes. They are the best pet snakes based on the facts that they are easy to keep, docile, do not need big space, no danger to any one and atc.

well i dont keep those snake too but PLS when u wanna give some opinion...

good to see people within the same interest. all this while, when i talk about pet snake, my friends all said that i am crazy, weird, nag at me... sad

im not really new at keeping snakes as pet.
im new here in the forum.
i started by babysitting my college mate's pythons back in 2004.
i have a great friend kind enough to trust me with his pet snakes back then when i know nothing about it.
i even over fed and killed his california kingsnake before
but still he taught me how to handle snakes.
then slowly, i get one of my own!
i dont keep the mice in my room. smelly la.
every week i drive down to Brickfield to feed my babies.

Wah... drive to brickfields to feed? Wow.... I just open my door, instant fast food hehehhe.... well, coz I breed them and a whole lot. Just too bad I can't supply LOL.

5-10 minutes drive only. luckily i stay in puchong. honestly, i just place my snakes there for 5 minutes, the guy at the shop do the feeding. i dont have the heart to smack those mices dead. sad la

lol ! The exciting part is to see a snake eat and grow! but when i breed my own mice, i have feelings for the mice... so i still prefer to buy mice from shops..
