any1 got experience buying from GEM FIVE?, bought tv on 28th Nov, but still havent received it yet till now. got email saying already delivered.call CS today and need to wait monday. grrrrrrrr (*W)%&*#^*#^$&(#$&*(#$

If the merchant is Seng Heng, you have no worries. If not, might cause delay.

So far bought a lot of stuffs, the fastest is around 3-4 days delivery, the slowest is more than a week.

GEMfive discounts are still cheaper than outside.

Guys, I just realised that GEMFive had bumped up the price. Some items from RM220 becomes RM249, RM790 to RM899, etc etc. Price not really attractive now unless they offer another 30-40% discount.

last tuesday i bought something from them.. everyday promise me tomorrow will deliver.. say the same bs over n over again.. until today still havent see my item

instead of gdex they use cheapskate transport company..

seriously this gemfive is a joke, more than 2 weeks and i still haven't received my stuff, other sites are now about next day delivery lah.

gemfive system did not provide tracking ID...but 3 times shop with them.. all arrived perfectly. Since the item is from diff merchant, some of it may takes longer time .

My order stated shipped & received email stated shipped but I haven't received my order.
We'll see next week

Usually the email alert "your order is on the way" contains the tracking ID and the shipping company.

Me too..bought tv also since 24/11 not reach me also but suddenly status delivered..delivery by hatta impian.

Gemfive for me so far so good! Getting more efficient using Poslaju/Gdex, Lazada if use Ninjavan would be total waste of time, they play around with your delivery and end up say cannot deliver give refund! Total waste of time!

They didn't even bother sending back to lazada and ship with a different courier instead?
That's what happened to my item last time with ninjavan
Anyway, my item just shipped with sure reach, which is another courier that I've never heard before
But it looks my item arrived at their office, and seems like quite near to my home.
