Did they call u first before delivery? Because we can not track then dont know when they will deliver. I can not sit at home everyday just for waiting. What a stupid to use strange delivery company like this

Later they tell u 2 years only for software warranty. Parts like lcd motherboard etc 3 months only. Just be careful with their 2 years term. I kena already with my prev fone

My tv ordered since 6/12 have not recieve yet too. Almost a month already. I think they short of stock but still advertise for people to buy

beware those who need tv urgent dont buy from gemfive. if you have 1 month to wait then only buy..so frustrated

nver had any serious problem..
but depends on the merchant. sometimes take very long time to deliver. had nothing to do with g5 tho

i bought 2 fon from g5. 1 was from seng heng deliverd after 3 days very fast and efficient.. but another one took 3 weeks to reach me..dont know which merchant. dont have any receipt also very bad experience

i agree too , so far i bought many electronic product from lazada all is fine and delivery process is always up to date , customer service also not bad . email always reply back within 24 hours from lazada . 

I just log in into my Gemfive account , i remember i order a shoes before , but when i click "MY ORDER"  there is no such detail about my product order .. just the order number .. hahahaha ..

i requested the tax invoice from gemfive and they send me through email..may be can use that as receipt. but i dont know valid or not btw.haha

if u buy refurb most probably from idistribution..their service quite fast also last time my friend bought ip 5c he received on the next day.
i think they do delivery once only per week. and depends on your luck if you order right before their delivery day then it should be faster. if u missed it then hv to wait till next week. but this all my assumptions..huhu
