Very very bad service..
1. Facial product cancelled after i chase for it because already stuck in processing for more than 2 weeks. They then cancelled it without informing me. I also lazy to call them again for refund. Hope they will refund.
2. My ogawa item shipped next day but couldn't track the tracking number provided. After a week I called them then only they ship. So even though they update to shipped, actually the item has not been shipped.
3. Blood Pressure item only after call them, they update from verified to in processing. Now still waiting for them. If still no update i guess need to call again.
BTW, i don't think they read email. I already sent many emails and they just ignore it. Best way is call them.
