Gemfive sucks. Regret to buy from them.

Dont get wrong its collected by poslaju over their counter. After that nornally is in transit, then out for delivery, then delivered

Mind share ur experience so tat all other may take cautious

If poslaju is wrong, then what about order status from GEMFIVE website that shows as DELIVERED ?

So now have to go thru customer service query and investigation blah blah blah

I had to self collect from Pos Laju 5 times and from the same Kota Damansara branch.
Those fkers dont bother deliver and say unsuccessful delivery

ur self collection three times as shown in picture, certainly is poslaju wrong input to tracking system.
then for gemfive, their "delivered" actually means shipped. so far thats my experience.

At least they should drop the NOT AT HOME notice ..... but nothing .....

and again i repeat..... why would GEMFIVE acknowledge as DELIVERED ?

If DELIVERED means shipped, then what is the next status when customer receive item?
