Gemfive refund take crazy long time

yes, gemfive refund sucks to the max ! in fact it will takes more than 14 working days after you reply their email with your bank detail !

in their terms and conditions, the refund period should be ;

if payment made using credit / debit card - 10 to 15 working days
if payment made using online banking - 4 - 6 working days

IF they didn't honor their terms and conditions. what i suggest you to do is to printscreen their terms and conditions and lodge a report at

kpdnkk.gov.my

filing can be done online and it cost RM5 only.

why I can't use YES30 anymore?

because its already the next day?

1. did you login to your account?
2. Have you use YES30 more than 3 times ?
3. Is your purchase item more than RM300 ?

I already got laptop, wanna replace it to the stick, for portability. Hmm.. if consider keyboard/mouse will be bulky too. Then I wait another 10 days see how it go.

Depends on seller efficiency and courier. Normally i receive the item 1-2 days after courier collect from seller. So far 11street most efficient for me.

Wah a first time for me after so many years online shopping...

Gemfive status and email shows as delivered.....pos laju tracking shows collected over counter.

But nobody in my house seen the pos laju man at all nor go collect from poslaju.

My tv purchased from gemfive on 9/11 finally arrived yesterday. Took like 21days after many complains to their fb page. They used Hatta Impian as their courrier. Unknown company.
Give tracking number in email also no way to check the status. Dont even have website. Lol. After the status changed to shipped, 7 days after that only arrived. At least i got the tv cheap..haier 40" full hd tv for rm549 after discount..
