Here's a reference of a 1.3 (lightly ported and fully polished) Throttle body and a 1.6 (Ported and semi polished) Throttle body. The 1.6 TB can be ported to a maximum of 67mm if I still remember the figures correctly. Also on the side of the TB where the black plastic cover, you can open it up and clean the contact grid and do some minor adjustment to butterfly valve. The adjustment is similar to adjusting the pedal copper contact grid. I won't recommend those who are new to DIY open the plastic cover.

Just some extra information, CPS Throttle body is different from IAFM+ so are they compatible to our non CPS engine...this I'm not sure but Persona TB will fit our saga without any issue.

Happy modding.

Some kind of rubber lip flexible and not easy to break.

nanti longgar...the middle bit is for support. plus behind the middle bit is some metal on the bumper?
*
I cut away the center bit then spray the metal center piece to flat black. So I totally removed the center piece of grill as you can see from my siggie.

Sharing some car pics I took in Paris during my very recent trip to Italy, Belgium and France. Been there close to 2 weeks, for work and honeymoon...kesian MYR value really so small there so I use SGD most of the time there...

Some pictures from my business related stuff.
Yep, this is the Toyota you know making cars. They are also making weaving machines from fabrics to CF. Things like seat fabrics, airbag, Carbon Fiber..etc..
user posted image

Some different grades and combinations of weaved Carbon Fiber. Which determine it's strength and weight.
user posted image

Carbon Fiber itself a rigid fabric which most people didn't know before it is shape into something. It can be made into any shapes. Here's an exhaust cowl for Akaprovic exhaust.

is it normal for the top suspension bolt (the top suspension mount) have rust buildup?
*
The center nut under the cap or the 3 nuts locking the top mount? a little rust is normal coz the nuts are not stainless steel. Unless you change to stainless steel. smile.gif
