according to seller at lelong.com, imp absrober will improve handling while retain 95% comfortness of oem absorber. in anothet word, it will improve handling, not comfortness, is'nt it?

what i hv in my mind is, improve the comfortness, while retaining the handling of oem absorber or scarifice a little. i usually drive around 100km/h, rarely drive at 130 km/h only on highway when overtaking.

Got a member just changed IMP n retain stock spring. From his review, IMP is more comfort than stock abs and just lost some handling. He mentioned that his butt is less pain when take over bump.

1. soundproofing 4 doors n low noise tyres.
2. keep all your $$ n upgrade car
*
both are within my consideration. in the mean time with the current car, i opt for option 1 together with absorber.

i see, if so, changing only front absorber will suffice right?

Hi guys. I'm new owner of FLX Plus. Last week on my trip to Terengganu for raya holiday, suddenly the temp went high. The radiator fan is not spinning. The culprit is the radiator fan relay. Cost me only Rm11.90 but have to wait for 8 hour for the whole process (towing from rnr perasing to SC kemaman, troubleshooting & replacement of the faulty relay) Milage is only 6k!
*
Just happened to me before raya! but my car already 60k..bought in 2012
suddenly temp went high, radiator fan stopped spinning, aircond stopped cooling, then got coolant leakage.

so the problem was just the relay?
if yes then i got conned for changing the radiator fan! RM300 gone mega_shok.gif cry.gif

changing absorber and springs will make the handling better but will compromise the comfort bro.. you cant have both..

perhaps you can do soundproof and change eco tires to improve the comfort level..

Hey guys,
just a wild question here.
Let say I'm changing my flx fuel injector, fuel pump and fuel rail with CPS. Is there any gain? Is it plug and play?
If fuel consumption drop a bit I'm still ok.
BTW stock flx with custom exhaust.

Quite okay for me. Less brake dusts too. Recently screeching sound bugs me though replaced it last October. Still finding the cause though, but at the time being leaving it as it is.

For pads that cost three times of that of the stock pads, that doesn't sound convincing for me to buy Brembo pads sad.gif . How about the bite or pedal feel? My stock pads bite, but it is just that I would like for it to bite more without pushing the pedal deeply in. Any suggestions?

That's what I wanted when I bought Daisy so I whacked on a set of the cheapest pads I could buy, they were Protex Blue but since it's an imported to Australia item you'll have to work wonders to find where they really come from. Anyway they did exactly what I wanted and bit harder with less pedal force, hopefully will cause less wear on the rotors as well. More expensive pads and racing pads are designed for repeated heavy applications which massage the buyers egos but for road use there's really no such thing as repeated heavy use, plus the extra fancy things those "superior" pads use are good for wearing out the rotors.

These were sold as fitting a Daewoo (kalos?) which I correctly figured would fit Daisy, Saga's being far too rare to be able to quickly and cheaply shop around for.

Went to SC yesterday and got the handbrake adjusted.

Turns out that the handbrake was loose.

What kind of QC is this? New car also faulty, tsk tsk.

worn abs makes tyre uneven n wear out fast..
