I actually applause YTL brings class to this old town. not many developers are willing to do so. they prefer to play safe with super boring façade n cheap price. maybe midfields apartments are the most boring apartments ever,

they have masterplan, but developer needs to amend masterplan to suit current and future needs. I believe only Sentul west has not been fully developed. out of 4 proposed condos, only two were launched.

You just need to make good to original when you vacate your unit

My friend rented his apartment to a local coupke and they renovated it macam 5 star hotel suites. My bet is i dun think think my friend would insisr of aksing the couple to restore back to the original sad looking apartment state.

Iconic buidlings usually cost more to build, hence need to sell higher price where people usually cnat afford to buy in sentul

Think mahsing uoa akisama type of mass buildings more suit sentul

Ytl took a gamble. Bought the land cheap and hope to revive the entire sentul w their vision.

Unfortunately great vision sometimes work, sometimes doesnt

Unless you talk abt redevelopment of the park as well.

I know the madterplan got 4 blocks of condos each in east n west.

East named after spices n all lsunched already....4 typed of spices.

West also got 4 types...not sure msple represent wat but 3 more to go.

The rest are commercisl...the D series. Plus performing art center n etc.

So if what had lsunched n completed only 30%...then ytl sent got long way to go.
