tamarind was a revived project, this one is new to me.

Also, don't be so early to deduct that saffron was the 1st. There was Maple too. check the time line.

anywhere, I think we can check from YTL Land annual report to find out exactly how many land still yet to be developed in the entire Sentul.

Its not fair to compare landed vs highrise.

In 2006 dpc you cant get anything within 450 to 550 unless some very undesired units.

But the entire yrl sentul is not performing well
Wonder why ppl still queue to get capers and fennel?

any condo sold during the same period elsewhere also achieved similar achievement if not better.

capers....wide range of selling price, from vvip to public, from 5xxpsf to 8xxpft......i very doubtful that anyone really make any money.

maple lagi tak payar cakap jor...launched way b4 2009 bull run, appreciation only abt 100%?

we were comparing if YTL Sentul price appreciation is the envy of KV...…

even if the original price was 500k and later sold for 1.25mil especially bought pre-bull run and sold during bull run, the % on profit still not the best. Its commandable, original buyer made handsome profit, but for the timeline, its not extra-ordinary....and bear in mind, the unit probably sold with good ID and fixed features as well.
