In MK also not the best. If beside tititwangsa than it is super gorgeous. Lake and KLCC for background. wonderful.

I would blame the developers....bcos they are too lazy to think of a nice sounding malay name in the 1st place. there are so many nicer malay words can be used instead of the normal puteri putera mewah bahagia and etc......knowing all too well that the authority will change the name upon vped.

or find some English name that there is no substitute in malay then they will just add an 'I' to replace the Y.

Ylt ccondo maint fees all very geng...thatsy security, landscape and maintenance r superb. Saffron tamarind maple capers...all so well maintained. For the older one...JMB has like Rm4-5m cash sitting in the bank account...

Should be 30-45cent psf

no way going to be 30 cents.. definitely 40 cents and above, last i remember capers is 45 cents and that already KLCC property range of maintenance fees

Fennel has more than 900units
PSF wise the MF may spread over the units and therefore maybe will be cheaper than Capers.

Sentul east quite a nice place 2 stay, near kl cbd n can use sentul link 2 reach mahameru avoid d jams. But d shoplots still like hardly c any ppl there?
