Hey Guys.. any feedback on UNIFI in Fennel Sentul East.. also how’s Unifi in general around Sentul Area. Any feedback would be highly appreciated..

I think it's a good price for own stay. However, current rental price won't be sufficient to cover the monthly instalment amount as you will most likely need a significant upfront cost (plus the winning bidding price). Basically, negative monthly cashflow. I think the most scary part is the auction price for most of the properties (not only Fennel) are actually trending lower and lower. sad.gif

Yes, i saw a lot cheap lelong property in the markets now. Those cash rich got plenty of opportunities to sapu.

I'm going to bid this unit. hopefully can close low. is 4th auction (3rd RM617 no bidders).

there will be a reason why unit get lelong.... good property wont easy get lelong if high demand in subsales or good rental return... very difficult to get good unit in lelong market

you can try to check or physical view to The Capers.... the place getting run down and subsales and rental is not as expected by initial wish... outside facade look stunning but unit itself just "meh..."

an acceptance of looking is really subjective and subject to individual preference.... but by generally, people rather to choose conventional looks and practical layout ...

do some homeworks, and pay some fees to get the outstanding owed information ( utilities, management fees & others) . and get someone to get the photoes/video inside.

not really hardwork, but it will repay you handsomely.
