However, current rental price won't be sufficient to cover the monthly instalment amount as you will most likely need a significant upfront cost (plus the winning bidding price). Basically, negative monthly cashflow. I think the most scary part is the auction price for most of the properties (not only Fennel) are actually trending lower and lower.
