Many new names......excited to make a visit.

My 1st experience of container shopping arcade was in christchurch, just after the earthquake. Buildings not safe to move in....therefore they setup this container precinct to substitute the biz. It as very refeshing.

But you were rigjt for one thing.....weather is not their friend.

Usually setia will request for deposit of utilities few months before house vp. If this does happened....then setia will do a bulk submission.

Sometimes its due to tnb system upgrade or tnb is waiting for meter supply.

Nevertheless if its proven that the slack was on setia's hand tthen setia must be running to the ground jor.

but I agree with 4tan. many young home starters never bother about old estates. they want new, they want big discount from developer and they want min cash upfront.

also old estates tend to be less safe.

whenever I passed thru jln gasing, I always admire living in one of those 'bungalows'. many really are uncared for. saying betuh.
