As for alam nusantara, heard the workmanship quality not so good.

hrmm..indeed thier banglow really ug**..but nvmind i also cant afford it so i dont think about it..but the old phase seems not bad..internal design really not bad compare to setia impian or even setia indah series,just the only problem is car pounch..other then that all looks quite fine to me..

After negotiated with cimb..they give rate 4.55%..is ut ok? now waiting for PBB respond on their rate in 1 or 2 days

it is seen that you are aiming for the lowest interest, if no rush to get the loan then no harm to get more quote for that to compare. Maybank could also be the lowest, but their response may not be expectedly prompt as per my experience. You may also consider the flexibility of the loan facility whether you can place excessive funds into mortgage link saving account to earn the interest - UOB will credit the interest back to your account but HLB will use the interest to offset your loan interest directly.

By the way, your CIMB rate is base on BLR (-) or base rate (+).

Just received reminder from sp setia that cheque will be bank in by 23/3/18..and signing snp is on 31/3/18..they also remind need to put money inside bank..hahaha

Indeed very low possibility as a non licensed developer and you can't simply apply the land to be develop under residential or commercial unless they appoint someone to do it on behalf instead. Looks like this can be a known threat and concern to those buyers in P11 (specifically) and P17. Very unfortunately I am one of the buyer too and I am thinking to find a way to revoke the whole purchase. Developer promoted their brand name as Bandar Setia Alam and it shouldn't mixed with any heavy industrial development though.

wad do u mean how much.... lol... rental? landed never have good rental yield except special circumstances... appreciation... this area need to hold at least another 5 more years upon VP only u can see something moving upwards....

yea lo... everyone complaint SA no more sub 600k new landed house... now its like dream come true for those young buyers....    and also dream come true for SPS to clear off the land from putih2 paying interest and holding cost....
